Does Awin offer massages?

Pros

flexible working hours - WFH 5 days a month + flexi time amazing perks, gym, free food/drinks, beer fridge, monthly speakers, summer parties newly refurbished office with pool tables and fun games

Cons

Salary could be improved to harder working staff Lack of training to improve the potential of Account Managers

Advice to Management

invest in training Account managers to offer, i.e. scenario type training in strategy directions for clients and in-dept interface tool training.

Does Awin offer relocation assistance?

Pros

- 4 day work week - WFH (plus any other country with an office for 3 months) - Generous benefits package including private healthcare, dental and optical care - Multi award winning - Opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the UK and globally - Christmas bonus - Lots of social activities that suit everyone - Actual direction and clear career progression - A fantastic leadership team who genuinely care about the well-being of staff and listen to all of our suggestions - Amazing work life balance and general culture

Keep doing what you’re doing and listening to your staff. Communication globally is excellent and we’re constantly in the loop of what’s going on and where we’re headed as a company

Does Awin have a pension plan?

Pros

There's a great work culture at Awin: - Great collegues and vibe (Become the next table tennis or fussball champion!) - Flexible hours. Start early, late or work from home? No problem. - Management support. Training in place for managers and they generally care a lot for their staff. - Can get a lot of autonomy on how to do your job best and make an impact - Free fruits, sweets, coffee, hot chocolate and cup a soup.

Cons

The pension matching doesn't go higher than 5%.

Does Awin offer parental leave?

Pros

- Always the people - I've worked alongside so many different people with different strengths that have helped me grow - The company culture (across the globe) - it's non-hierarchical meaning everyone supports everyone, no-one is to busy to help or listen to an idea and everyone is respected - The clients - working for Awin means you have access to thousands of brands of all sizes across all sectors, as well as being at the forefront of new publisher marketing techniques and technologies - Flexibility and ownership - trusted to manage your own workload with flexible working - The perks - from beers and sweets to pension, maternity and volunteering schemes - Career opportunities- the ability to progress up the ladder and/ or into new department

Cons

- Not being able to see colleagues or the office during lockdown - obviously no fault of Awin!

Does Awin offer a wellness program?

Pros

- 4 day week - strong focus on mental health and wellbeing - consistent check ins with management - proactive in all situations, particularly Covid - frequently rewards employees - consistent in developing our progress - flexible holidays with carrying them over - flexible with working from home - offers many perks in the office also in terms of the space, the bar, the numerous meeting rooms, the kitchen and coffee machine facilities, breakfast toppings, daily snacks etc - hierarchy are very engaging with all members of the office, consistent team updates to all levels of the business - everyone is treated very equally

Cons

- after the past year we've had at Awin I don't have anything negative to say

- Thank you for everything you have done for us this past year! Excited for the future of Awin
