Does there seem to be diversity at BAT?

good pay, nice benefits (i.e. time off, flexible work, bonus)

Cons

lack of diversity in leadership, harder for minorities to advance/ less opportunities to grow, lack or work life balance

How is race or ethnicity talked about at BAT?

Pros

-Flexi hours -Open door policy -Great people

Cons

-Nepotism and racism (after downsizing) -Favoritism towards expat retain -Interview vetting are useless (during transition on downsizing)

Advice to Management

-Stop the recruitment for manager that bring their staff from previous company -Those who knows the related line manager has 80% of success hiring even interview went bad -The Manager that joined during the transition period does not understanding the company culture well, instead bringing the non-egalitarian style, which is not compatible with the company work culture
