Pros

Good salary and benefits, highly qualified professionals, connection with people from all around the world.

Cons

Business environment seems to be good in some business units, but I definitely cant's say the same about the headquarters in UK. If you survive this senior leadership team in good mental health, you are a superhero. Sexist board. Lack of innovation.

Advice to Management

Treat everyone fairly. Everyone puts their 100% but only few get the reward in return. Not everyone expects monetary reward, some only seek appreciation which this culture fails to deliver.
