Pros
Fantastic benefits package, welcoming culture, given plenty of autonomy
Cons
Workload can be overwhelming at times. Prior work life balance that used to be a “pro” is fading.

Pros
Great benefits package. Culture is great as well with lots of people from very different backgrounds. Work-life balance is respected and encouraged by senior management.
Cons
Work-life balance is not as respected/encouraged by middle management. Growth comes from mostly taking opportunities in other countries, not from local positions.
Great benefits package.

Company highly political and difficult to integrate as a new starter Management seem to be upward focused and not downward focused
