Does BNP Paribas offer dental insurance?

Pros

24+1 annual leave. Good medical, comprehensive insurance coverage, Flexi cash and 50% off mobile plans. Good work life balance. Nice bosses and colleagues. Comfortable environment. They will send you for courses.

Cons

Miserable increment and bonus. No D&D. Bank is outsourcing jobs to India. Always cutting down on Budget. BNP WM have not been doing well for many years. No discounted shares for staff.

Does BNP Paribas have a pension plan?

Pros

The pay is decent given the good working hours and benefits. You get around 30 days of holiday and 12% pension match, plus top medical insurances etc. You are slightly less paid than a top US bank but BNP is catching up with its competitors in recent years. A great place to be a quant.

Cons

Some groups speak French only so knowing the language here is quite important
