What is health insurance like at Bahwan CyberTek?
Pros
Good salary, if you can negotiate it. Onsite options - excluding the pandemic times There are few good people, but you would be lucky to find them
Cons
Management is client-centric and doesn't care about the employees. Employees are overworked and incredibly stressed. Promises made by management are seldom fulfilled. Very low insurance benefits. Lack of transparency, even between the upper-management.

Does Bahwan CyberTek have any sort of mentoring programme?

High number of fresher hiring and opportunity for employment
Cons
Very toxic work environment. Tries to promote diversity but very judgmental in nature and not inclusive. Work hours extend more than 12 hours on average. Though they hire freshers on high numbers, no proper training is imparted recognizing the weakness and area of improvement of employees. Disrespectful attitude from the senior empoloyees
