Had some good perks like super discounted food in the staff shop, and had treats sometimes like a free waffle and ice cream for everyone from a posh ice-cream van during the summer, and free Xmas dinner. Also opportunity for overtime if you wanted it.

Cons

Team leaders and managers were awful. The team leader on my shift was a complete bully, lazy and never got involved in any work herself, spent the whole day in the smoking hut and tbh was a bit racist. The manager above the team leader was spineless and did nothing about this behaviour.
