The only thing positive about this company is the working staff (hourly people) that stays more than 10 hours and works 6 through 7 days even though they are unappreciated and truly under valued. This company is made so difficult because the Executive and HR departments make everything so difficult. There's no communication, poor leadership, and the stress is caused by them making it so much harder on the overworked staff. This place is horrible, stressful, unfair, and the favoritism is everywhere. No set schedule, just problems everywhere, and everytime. The second good thing about this place is the benefits. And that's it.

Favoritism, unfairness, overworked, constant injuries... OSHA needs to visit this place. Mini covid outbreaks are always happening

Advice to Management

You run a bad, stressful company, and all your good people are quitting

Discount scheme is ok and staff shop is very useful.

Cons

Worked in the Spalding Warehouse. Poorly managed. Not interested in the safety and welfare of its colleagues, is in dire need of a refurbishment with the ceiling leaking and could collapse at anytime. Several serious accidents while I was there, management have no interest in changing their ways of working in order to improve the conditions for the staff and the future of the business.

Advice to Management

Management need to spend less time making excuses and more time facilitating change.

Super noisy , fast paced working environment, back pain that never goes away, neck pain, 8 hours of ppe and mask, waking up at 4:30 am to get ready for work, your toilet and a drink of water should wait until next break no matter what.

Advice to Management

£10.00 per hour for a job that I wouldn’t do even for £20.00 6:00-14:00 shift may sound fun and all, but wait until you try it , waking up at 4:30 for £10.00, no time to stretch your back even for a second , or else you’ll miss placing an ingredient, fast lines that make you dizzy and anxious , back pain from moving fast. No human should be treated this way for that kind of money, uncomfortable ppe , wellies head cover, mask and gloves throughout the whole shift. My advice goes to the very top management, is to slow down the lines people are not animals, let them come and try how difficult it is to work in there with those horrendous conditions. And good luck for anyone getting promoted in there, there’s only 180 people before you no matter how good you are.
