How are senior leaders perceived at Barchester Healthcare?

It's a challenging place to work in the sense that no two days are the same, but I like that. My work is very interesting and I feel that I can add value to my peers and our customers alike. We actively seek feedback from our customers and we act on it - this is not a soundbyte. The company itself is not overburdened by layers of senior management. Directors and senior managers are present, visible and they communicate with you. Opinions are welcomed and the culture is open, you feel like you can contribute to the wider goals of the company whilst never losing sight of the trust and expectations that our residents families place in us, and have respectively.

None to speak of in respect of my role, and that is not something I have said very often
