What are working conditions like at Barchester Healthcare?

Pros

The carers and residents were lovely

Cons

HR and big bosses only seemed to care about numbers. Staff weren't treated with much respect, money seemed to be the only forward force, not person-centred care. The care home was shut in the middle of a pandemic, weeks before Christmas. No care or thought seemed to go into it, especially for the vulnerable residents.
