Pros

I enjoy the colleagues I work with. There is a good diversity in age and background

Cons

They say you cannot use the word “selling” because we don’t “sell”. We help the customer with what they actually need. If this is true, why do they continue to scrutinise days or weeks where we having completed a solution such as loans, insurance and additional accounts?

Advice to Management
