Does Barclays have a pension plan?
Pros
good benefits, pension, good maternity pay, managers are supportive and colleagues within my team look out for one another
Cons
Its hard to get time off, have to book holidays way in advance. Nearly impossible to get time off if something comes up.
Advice to Management
Keep up the hard work. If there is anything that can be done about the holiday situation that would be amazing
