I worked in binary semantics for approx 4.6 year , Few people are supportive in team depending on project...

If you are working in House in binary, then no meals , no cab, and poor health insurance policy.. If you are boot licker then only you will get hike n promotion. Having variable amount in salary, which is not given on time and always deduct 20% of amount from variable.. sometimes even more. Salary comes on 7 of the month.. More work pressure and have to stay in office for long hours... A lot of politics.., poor leave policy.. Not much hike...., Very low increment depending on project..

Need to improve and focus on existing leave policies, insurance policies, should respect the employees Ask manager to improve their behavior and should be professional ... For all guy's working in team.. Should also take the rating of managers from team members ..

Get a taste of corporate, as you get to work on-site at Google India.

Low salary, monotonous and non challenging work, no growth opportunities, experience not useful outside the company.

Good environment and the owner is very friendly

No monetary growth and nothing to learn new

They should give more recognition to their employees

Here is job security only. Nothing anything else.

Here is no good hike and use very old technology and languages. In Binary some managers behavior is very bad.
