Because the employees stopped taking vacations during the pandemic, the company made it mandatory to take a week off in July. - If career growth is important to you: there are lots of different projects in the company, so if you are not happy in a current team, you can move to another team - they're really trying to be diverse.

- promotions process happens only once a year. So if you didn't get promoted, you'll have to wait till the next year. - no team culture really... In NYC office, most of the people were eating their lunches at their tables...alone. - really bad stock options - basic benefits

Lots of your competitors have better benefits: gym membership, 100% covered health insurance, free lunches (before the pandemic). And you got to do something with the culture, that's not healthy that people don't really interact with each other at work.
