No work/life balance, overtime is expected but not paid, manual work, horrible management:the management checks on you when you are working from home if you are really online, the management checks how many minutes you spend on lunch and coffee break, they promote team members to TL level without any management skills, the local management and from abroad they speak to team members if we were like dogs or slaves - no respect at all no flexible working hours, no flexible time off, salary is low, no salary increase. Overall please avoid this workplace, I have never felt so miserable in my life like when I worked there. At the interview they say all the nice things about flexibility and how good they are, but nothing came true. They fire people without explanations.

Don't treat your workers like peasants

The people and systems are one of the best in the industry, and the working culture is overall positive. The firm has an amazing reputation, and some unique resources. There is a very active ecosystem of employee networks as well. Also the recently introduced Flexible Time Off policy (unlimited holidays) is awesome.

Too much cost cutting resulting in many under resourced teams. Intensity and level of stress is not for everyone.

There are some good top down decisions, but don't forget to think about implementation and longer term implications at the lower levels.

Good culture, good flexibility, cab facility for all shifts, high quality meals at very subsidized rates, firms cares for its employees, work from home option

Salary packages are very low...

The recruitment process was extremely quick and transparent, e.g. swift interview scheduling, offer and onboarding stages.

Regarding the requirement process no cons experienced.
