Pros
- Strong sense of social responsibility - Fair compensation at the entry-level compared to others in the industry - Flexible Time Off ("unlimited" vacation days)

Advice to Management
Standardize internal mobility throughout the firm and not to allow one division to have stricter rules than the rest of the firm.

Does BlackRock offer stock options?
Pros
- If work-life balance is important to you: you get flexible time off. Very easy to take a day off or a sick day. Because the employees stopped taking vacations during the pandemic, the company made it mandatory to take a week off in July. - If career growth is important to you: there are lots of different projects in the company, so if you are not happy in a current team, you can move to another team - they're really trying to be diverse.
Cons
- promotions process happens only once a year. So if you didn't get promoted, you'll have to wait till the next year. - no team culture really... In NYC office, most of the people were eating their lunches at their tables...alone. - really bad stock options - basic benefits
Advice to Management
Lots of your competitors have better benefits: gym membership, 100% covered health insurance, free lunches (before the pandemic). And you got to do something with the culture, that's not healthy that people don't really interact with each other at work.
