- Invest heavily in training your staff properly on how to sell and interact, as this would lead to less staff turnover - Treat workers with respect - Relax the rules on uniform -Issue a monthly temp plastic credit card style pass to all new Blackjack staff as it was a pain having to print them out each day for shifts. - Offer staff discounts to temporary pass holders
