What are co-workers like at British Airways?
Pros
Variety of interesting roles, great staff travel benefits, friendly and helpful colleagues, strong sense of community, opportunities for flexible working
Cons
Sometimes lack of strong direction from leadership team, siloed mentality across departments, legacy systems/website and slow decision making means innovation and change takes forever.
Advice to Management
Join up plans across departments and instill mentality of thinking ‘how can we’ rather than only seeing the challenges/blockers to change.
