Is British Airways a good company to work for?

Pros

When I joined BA this was a company who looked after their staff and customers. A great company to work for and you felt valued. Working at the airport is a great experience and daily buzz as no two days are the same and you meet a wide variety of people. Friendly colleagues you became a work family

Cons

Management no longer care about their staff. They are not realistic in what they ask of staff, which leaves you under a lot of pressure ultimately the customer suffers.
