Flexibility isn’t great.. thinking is rather backward. No diversity and inclusion in higher positions
Advice to Management
They need to be more flexible and learn to be a human. I’d also advise them to get in with the new and out with the old! Technology is always changing and best to streamline

Pros
Respectful management, focus on diversity and being respectful of all individuals regardless of ranks. Good place to learn good old British culture and humour.
Cons
Could be chaotic with internal squabbles due to strong union culture.
Advice to Management
Keep to what you do best with respecting, trusting employees and not be affected by some fractions who seemed too keen to create issues and influenced the silent majority.
Respectful management, focus on diversity and being respectful of all individuals regardless of ranks.
