Advice to Management

They need to be more flexible and learn to be a human. I’d also advise them to get in with the new and out with the old! Technology is always changing and best to streamline

Advice to Management

Keep to what you do best with respecting, trusting employees and not be affected by some fractions who seemed too keen to create issues and influenced the silent majority.
