Pros

Travel, enjoy meeting crew and customers from all over the world

Cons

Racism, prejudice against working parents, different rules for crew with high ranking family members

Advice to Management

When a staff member is courageous enough to report racism from their direct line manager maybe don’t tell them ‘it didn’t happen’. Don’t fire staff for taking time off to take their child to chemotherapy.
