How are senior leaders perceived at British Airways?

Pros

Fantastic travel opportunities, interesting roles and ability to move around

Cons

current leadership team are a mix of aggressive and incompetent. I hope Sean makes some changes. His appointment is fantastic news, but some of his colleagues make the culture quite toxic. Completely understandable that BA have had to make significant redundancies due to COVID but the way in which people have been treated is shocking- no dignity and respect.

Advice to Management

Treat people as individuals, value their opinions. Don't pay lip service (please don't come into the office unless you have to, but actually we want you in the office despite you not having to be there- not good)

current leadership team are a mix of aggressive and incompetent.
