How are senior leaders perceived at British Airways?

Pros

Learned a variety of rolls learned since it was small station, medical and dental insurance, evening schedule

Cons

Short staffed station, working conditions lowered as the company restructured, upper management weren't assisting the station, high union dues for part time work, lower flight benefits compared to all other airlines.

Advice to Management

Nepotism was a problem at this station.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at British Airways?

Pros

In many years in the organisation, so many things happened. An incredibly interesting industry with incredible and passionate people.

Cons

Margins are tight and cost focus outweighs customer and people focus. Very susceptible to many external factors.

Advice to Management

Value the people more.
