How is management perceived at Bus Eireann?

None at all - they bleed you dry and control you as much as they can. It’s is the most demoralising workplace I have ever experienced

Everything about this place is a con Poor management non existent work life balance - if you are a driver everyone in this company looks down on you
Advice to Management
These aren’t managers these are people who were promoted in house by their friends
