How are senior leaders perceived at CLC World Resorts & Hotels?

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, great product, meeting nice clients. (The man who built the Iron Throne was cool). Working in the centre of London, nice office, fair and supportive leadership. Good pay, short working days. Only homework is finding out about nice places to visit around the world, discounted holidays.

Cons

The ups and downs, commission based so money is not guaranteed. Can be a bit competitive for this reason, but to be expected in sales.

Advice to Management

Bit more go to destination training for new starters who are not so well travelled (like me) would be good.

How is management perceived at CLC World Resorts & Hotels?

Pros

You don't have to look for clients or follow up with them, you are just handed opportunities to sell daily so if you are focused and work hard you will earn very good money. As a consultant you are basically employed to have fun and talk about holidays and you don't have to take any work home or work any extra hours. The management will always help if you are making an effort to improve and you can learn so much here. I have seen several people promoted from within in the past year so there is potential for that too for those who are performing well.

Cons

You need a strong mind, it's not easy to always be positive and the environment doesn't help sometimes but that's the same in any sales job. You have to work weekends and might get sworn at a bit...
