Think about the bigger picture. If the majority of your staff are not office based don’t just think about them because it alienates the rest of your business. I am individual and deserve to be treated as such the way I’ve been treated by your business is nothing short of shameful. There is no integrity within the decisions that are made, the only thing you seem to care about is business and numbers. Please don’t forget that accountability is a trait in which your business is judged and there is no accountability at head office. There were several occasions I interacted with head office staff at payroll and I was told I would be called back and nothing happened. That is completely unacceptable.
