Management need to learn leadership and team playing

The staff (engineers, researchers, designers) are truly great people, everyone is so welcoming, easy to talk to and friendly. They are the ones who keep this place running amongst the chaos. The flexi-time hours are good and people are left to explore and manage their own projects. There is a relaxed and casual working style.

There are a lot of frustrated people here due to the senior partners who are unable to manage this company. The lack of communication, any sort of strategy or plan is beyond me. There is not whatsoever a "career development plan" and the offices are disgusting and dirty. Pay rises are virtually non-existent and they use the term "intensive working" for when trying to encourage people to work overtime for free.

The senior management team needs overhauling in the first place to sort the dire culture out. I would not recommend anyone to work here.
