What is the feeling of job security at CarMoney?

Pros

Seriously none, the place is like a cowboy employer. The people below management are nice

Cons

Bonus structure not explained to even seasoned staff Get moved about roles with no say in the matter Poor staff retention Uniform is horrid Regularly see people employed for X role but end up doing something much worse No job security Place is run like a call centre but worse Paperwork sprawled everywhere including peoples bank details Taking breaks frowned upon Managers who really shouldnt be there, clueless

Advice to Management

Too much to give. This company will go nowhere as people hate it, from within, across the teams. Dont just give people who have sold appraisals when everyone is clearly trying, created an appreciated when I benefit them environment which killed everyones morale.

How are senior leaders perceived at CarMoney?

Pros

The management in the sales department are outstanding. They’re incredibly supportive and understanding whether it’s work to personal life. The offices are really modern with a cool twist to them. The CEO is present and engages with everyone regularly which cannot be said for other companys in the motor trade. They actually care about the people that work there.

Cons

Training could be better but the company is still young and new. A training structure for new starts would be beneficial.

Advice to Management

Training structure and education on credit profiles and finance is something that needs to be brought in but what an amazing company to work for.
