How is management perceived at Card Industry Professionals?

Pros

I work for CIP as a self employed seller, I have done for the past 5 or so month's and I have to say the Commission structure is one of the best in this industry, the application process is simple, there is no end of help available from management and even the applications team. They give you access to helpful Industry tools to help you complete sales and to also help your customers switch over. The WhatsApp groups are awesome and super supportive and everyone is literally just a text or call away and if they miss a call they literally call you straight back to help you out. I personally have done 5 deals since March which agreed isn't a massive amount, but given the circumstances at that time during (Covid-19 ) those deals had earned me an average of just over £1200 (£245 per terminal) Joining CIP has been the best decision I've made this year, they are so supportive and always willing to help you.

Cons

Can't really think of anything bad to say if I'm going to be honest.

Advice to Management

Don't change what you're doing, it's working well!
