SOME employees from other teams were a pleasure to talk to day to day, mostly friendly Some social events Good cookies

Too much gossip and inappropriate talk in the workplace. Very cliquey, if you don't fit into that clique prepare to find people in other teams or be on your own. Management are useless. Expect too much especially for what you are paid Made to work like a robot. Don't believe everything you see in their marketing. Senior members of staff are really good at talking at inductions and speeches but NEVER practice what they preach, especially when you need help. High staff turnover, alot of temps? Hmm why? Seems fishy

Advice to Management

Recognize staff with potential Stop putting staff that couldn't care less about the company all the recognition.
