The management of the company is lacking, especially in terms of team fulfillment and respect. It's hard to feel valued in the company, and upper management does not encourage internal learning or growth

It would be helpful to offer more training opportunities to new hires, especially in terms of the work software. Many have to learn under trial by fire, and the knowledge gained on the job often feels lacking. Additionally, there seems to be not many opportunities for internal growth, as the company turns over employees very quickly rather than trying to keep internal candidates

Friendly work environment, positive management, good benefits. I like basically everything about this studio

Not many, can be slow at times, like most studios.
