What is the retirement plan like at Clinique?

Pros

Great product lines, large focus on educating its sales personnel, gratis, great team members, I had an awesome Counter Manager. Working at Lord & Taylor however was a challenge. They allowed bullying and swept the problems under the carpet.

Cons

Unappreciated by upper management. Their actions don't match their fake words. Zero raise in 2 years.

Advice to Management

Recognize hard workers. And recognize that newbies cannot make the same sales goals as those 10-20 year seasoned associates.

Does Clinique offer employee discounts?

Pros

Amazing employee benefits and discount. Decent pay. Opportunities to learn and grow within the company.

Cons

Training is a nightmare. Lack of oppertunities to climb the ladder. Stressful job especially if your new.

Advice to Management

Respect employees decisions and support them more rather than bring them down.
