Does Coca-Cola Europacific Partners offer massages?

Good benifits package, free drinks

Cons

I was very surprised from day one at the lack of management quality. The leadership seem to have all been there a long time and are very unwilling to change, innovate or listen to any new ideas. Some of the managers are appointed with zero management skills, incredibly surprising for a company of its size. There a no chances for progression and they clearly lie to you in all interviews. The arrogance of how they think they can get away with any real care is amazing, they talk a lot on social media of how they care, but this is anything but the truth. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Advice to Management

Complete change from the top down required to have any lasting affect.

Does Coca-Cola Europacific Partners offer parental leave?

Salary and benefits (but that wouldn’t make up for the terrible environment)

- Bad work environment: too many people doing the same thing but no one has accountability. There are many employees that have been working at the company for several years, this people do everything to make sure that new employees don’t succeed, including by not sharing information and creating gossip. - Managers are not transparent in their communication: you can interview and be hired to do one job and on your first day they can give you a completely different role. They can say on one day that your performance is great and the next day dismiss you for poor performance. - Diversity and inclusion only exists as an area but the company doesn’t practice what they preach, in reality if you get pregnant you will be sidelined, bullied and probably dismissed after coming back from maternity leave. I saw this happening several times, it was common to hear senior people complaining about their team members being pregnant.
