What is working from home like at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners?

Pros

Good money & work from home option

Cons

Control tower in North mead Sydney has no control. Take your manager for races if you want to grow in the company. Leaders will step on you hard work to grow further in their career.

Advice to Management

No news is not a good news but a bad news. Stop preaching wrong and listen to your people.

How is the work/life balance at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners?

Pros

Decent office space and canteen. Unfortunately cannot think of anything else.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have worked for in my 10 years of career. The only way to progress in this organisation is by playing dirty politics. Finance is the worst department to be within CCEP. If you are a newbie in the organisation, then the only way to keep yourself is by playing the political game. The work life balance is very poor, unless you have been there for like 20 years or so.. Starting from HR, to management, to senior managers, everyone is part of a game. If they dislike you, then will do anything to get you out of there. They are very unethical and tend to make false statements. So kindly think before you join the organisation, especially if you plan to join Finance.

Advice to Management

It is high time you start doing justice to the employees and seeing the inner picture of what exactly is happening, CCEP needs to be ethical as that is important for company's longevity.

The work life balance is very poor, unless you have been there for like 20 years or so.. Starting from HR, to management, to senior managers, everyone is part of a game.

Does Coca-Cola Europacific Partners reimburse for mileage?

Benefits Package, Conferences, Team Members below senior management.

Cons

Pay is lacking, No company car, plenty of traveling, mileage pay, bonus structure, targets can be unrealistic, progression route is very 'if your face fits' rather than the experience you can bring, no opportunity to move into a role and grow into it.

Advice to Management

Listen to the colleagues you 'value' so much. Consult with the employees who are affected by the changes that you implement! Pay has been 'In Review' for as long as I have worked in the company and no progress has been made with a generic response every time. LBC is there as a convenient scape goat to have everyone feedback to single people rather that hearing the voices of all of your employees. Managers are in roles that shouldn't be, hiring is very much, if your face fits rather than the experience and skills you can bring to the role. I don't feel valued, I don't feel like I can be myself and I feel like a belonging of the company not like I can belong and be proud of the company I work for.
