What is the company culture like at Compare The Market?
Pros
Since joining Compare the Market, their focus on their people and their customers is evident in bucket-loads. Everyone is so welcoming and engaged to deliver the purpose and to do the best for the customers. People are super-friendly and all teams are open to working collaboratively which provides a great culture to be part of. The flexible working is a big winner for me as it allows me to be both in the office and work from home, with the flexibility for school runs as and when I need it - and on top of this, my manager often asks me if there is anything else they can do to make things easier for me! Career development is also a big focus for Compare the Market and everyone is encouraged to make the most of all opportunities to achieve your goals.
Cons
There has been a lot of change in the last year which means that some dust needs to settle - but it also means there are lots of exciting times ahead!
Advice to Management
Stay visible, keep making the time to share information in a way that is understandable to everyone and keep encouraging the culture of collaboration and inclusivity... people like to be involved and genuinely feel a part of something great!

What is the hiring process like at Compare The Market?
Pros
I had a really thorough onboarding process leading up to starting my role 7 months ago. Unlike other graduate schemes, it was a more personable experience highlighting the great company culture. The graduate scheme is a fantastic opportunity to learn a range of specialisms across marketing, where you have high responsibility to lead of different tasks and projects. My knowledge and confidence has improved massively since starting just a few months ago and I would highly recommend to others.
