Pros
Incredible line management support, where work-life balance and flexibility is priority and taken seriously. Granted autonomy and responsibility. Ability to be yourself at work. 'Dress for your day' dress code. Very open hybrid working policy, openness to work from home, Peterborough, or London office. Household brand across the UK and genuinely exciting purpose of aiming to make household admin as quick and easy as possible. Great opportunities to work across the business and with multiple stakeholders. Great software and modern tech makes collaborative working extremely easy.
Cons
Limited permission to make mistakes. Recent organisational change has caused extreme turbulence within the company which is slowly balancing out but there is still a degree of uncertainty and lacking motivation. Priorities change too quickly for the speed of delivery reducing the feeling of accomplishment as the goal posts keep changing.
Advice to Management
