Pros
- CI is a supportive, understanding and caring employer. - The output only working means that you have more flexibility to go for a run at lunchtime, finish early at the end of a busy week and be in control of your own day a bit more. - Open-ness is encouraged and I feel like I can be honest with my manager and other people around the business. This helps when it comes to business development and personal progression. - Everyone is always happy to help and answer questions which means that you learn a lot and you learn fast. - The work that CI does is evolving - the data/ insight we produce is interesting and I continue to enjoy learning about the wider industry
Cons
