Does Credit Suisse offer massages?

Pros

Coffee and fruits twice a week

Cons

They give you no physical PC but a virtual protesis of a PC with single monitor. Every simple task at Credit Suisse is complicated as much as possible. "Poor quality" is their domain. After working for few other major banks I must admit CS is most unorganized place. It's like working place for most incompetent people in the world. If you consider applying for a job there think it through, wether you want to achieve anything or just waste time and get paid for it.

Advice to Management

Hire experienced people and pay them well for doing your job! But make sure they do your work.

Does Credit Suisse have a sabbatical or career break policy?

Pros

Great, dedicated, friendly and highly smart coworkers. Company paid sabbatical leave after five years of employment which was great, but due to the culture of not encouraging to actually taking the leave, not a lot of people took advantage of it.

Cons

No work/life balance. Too much emphasis on cost cutting by management and not much care or consideration for employees well-being or career development.

Advice to Management

Put emphasis on employees. The turnover of employees is for a good reason. Work on retaining the great employees you hire instead of spending money on talent acquisition.
