Salary was great, decent benefits.

Cons

No leadership. Terrible managers with zero clue how to train or manage. Blame game and zero work life balance.

Advice to Management

Fix the leadership. Fast.

What is the salary like at DMI Marketing?

Pros

A solid work from home program, decent pay, and friendly employees who go above and beyond for clients.

Cons

Not enough employees to properly provide the support promised. Good employees get burned out while others seem to do nothing at all. The company has issues with trust and a heavy focus on employee activities and less on performance. A tough environment to be able to grow professionally.

Advice to Management

Hire the people needed in order to support new business and sales efforts. Stop putting people in important roles who do not have any experience while expecting others to pick up their slack. If the company can improve upon their overall employee morale, the effort will pay off.

What are other benefits and incentives like at DMI Marketing?

Pros

The pay is reasonable the commission is ok

Cons

No training, no help, you are recruited to bring your existing book- that’s all Base pay decreases significantly each year. existing employees definitely don’t want to help anyone new. Hi he attitude is that nobody helped them so why should they help anyone else

Advice to Management

Train employees and encourage them to work together harmoniously

The pay is reasonable the commission is ok
