What kind of career opportunities exist at DSM?
Pros
Great people, flexible work environment and plenty of opportunity to learn. Work is not always given consistently but successful co-ps will find projects to work on and assist full-time employees with their work.
Cons
Disconnect between upper management and plant employees. On-boarding for co-ops/interns needs work.

Advice to Management
DSM Enfield FC was an amazing place to work. The team was solid and had a lot of potential. My advice to leadership is get to the team and be more empathetic. They are the ones with their boots on the ground ensuring that all numbers are met.

Mid-level management was full of talented hard-working individuals who were excellent managers, upward mobility, great pay and benefits
