A decent employer in the area; good pay; great coworkers. Some really good people work there that really know their stuff. Friendly place overall. Good experience to gain.

Cons

Expectations for work that could be done needs to be recalibrated; when deadlines or targets are missed in consecutive years, the root cause shouldn't result in a solution like "you guys need to get better." It should include looking at workloads in a realistic way, and trying to find actual root causes that don't focus on just blaming the workers for basically being incompetent/lazy. Corporate metrics are there to punish you, like they are everywhere else.
