How is race or ethnicity talked about at DSM?

Pros

Good benefit. Good work-life balance. Reputable name.

Cons

Inclusion and diversity are only on MT level, the rest of the organization is still Dutch. Claimed to focus on Innovation, but there’s very little innovation takes place. Big and slow. Career development is limited if you are not Dutch or you don’t play golf, unless you are recruited at executive level. Politics and nepotism at its best.
