Is Datafortune a good company to work for?

Pros

As an employee you get good exposure on all Microsoft technologies including Azure join here If you are keen to learn any technology and apply.

Cons

Flexibility is missing a little, apart from that everything is good

Advice to Management

It would be great if we open another branch in India, I feel this is the right time.

What is the company culture like at Datafortune?

Pros

Dont have any pros so can't write May be location is good 😊

Cons

- Hire & Fire company - those who are working here from long time ( 5yrs) , they don't know anything and don't wanted to improve themselves and still survived ( don't know how) - dual face management and play dirty politics with new employees - those who are 1 yr old here think that they are CEO -no perks for employee , pathetic washrooms and pantry..

Advice to Management

Don't trust people who just tries to create havoc amongst management

What is the salary like at Datafortune?

Pros

New Technologies (Power BI). Good Hike after 1 year.

Cons

Lot of politics. Less pay. Ruled by seniors. No work life Balance. No projects Hire and Fire

Advice to Management

Respect your juniors.
