Does Defaqto offer massages?

Pros

Genuinely a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, professional and approachable including directors. Wellbeing of employees is prioritised with on-site yoga and pilates classes, mindful meditation, free fruit, employee assistance programme, flexible working, FitPlan - the list goes on. Ever since I joined Defaqto I've felt supported and that my contribution is appreciated.

Cons

The office can get quite warm (I'm not looking forward to Summer temperatures!) and the commute is longer than ideal however it's worth it as I really enjoy my job!

Does Defaqto have a pension plan?

Pros

Defaqto recognises the need for employee engagement and to keep things not just about work. There have been multiple activities aimed at wellness and mindfulness that have continued during the homeworking period. The transition from office to remote working this year had been managed very well. The pension scheme and free financial advice are very good

Cons

The office itself is a converted warehouse so suffers from space and heating issues. It's in a very quiet village location so wouldn't suit someone who wants to work somewhere with lots of local facilities.
