Pros

They offer flexi-time. It is benefit for me because I can manage my own schedule without having a stress. In my department, most of the employee are expert, who have worked more than 10 years in the field. As I surrounded by this kind of environment, I can listen to their story and learn many things.

Cons

honestly saying, I was expecting more salary from this company, since it owns most of public transport services all over Germany, but I just had basic salary for internship. Another thing that comes up in my mind is the working environment in this department. Since most of the employees are expert, means that their age also not young. As a student, I was feel somehow lonely. It was not bad though, it is just we have to extra effort to adapt with this kind of environment.
