How are senior leaders perceived at Deutsche Bahn?

Pros

- Colleagues are smart, hard-working and generally you can learn a lot (if you are working with open-minded colleagues) - Culture was ok

Cons

- highly political structure and intransparent -> you do not understand and nobody explains to you, why some things are the way they are - many discussions in team about workflows and that teams should be working together, but nothing more than lip service - every leader has his own ambitions and does everything for visibility - as an intern I more had the impression to be the clown that has to do the work, that nobody wants to do. No chance to walk and progress projects independently

Advice to Management

- hire better leadership -

highly political structure and intransparent
