How is management perceived at Dollar General?

Pros

A discount or bonus every once in a while, no drug test a.s.m and under.

Cons

Constantly under staffed, terrible pay, lazy managing and running of stores most of the district managers barley do their jobs, regional managers are extremely rude, lots of drama and back stabing, no accountability what so ever, raises are only yearly for a.s.m and higher.

Advice to Management

Corporate should really review how the stores are being handled and run by their district managers and regional lots of run down stores in need if remodeling and to be closed down.
