You fire good people and keep the horrible ones. Maybe you should look at the ones you keep who are rude, don’t know what they are doing or are low key racists.

This is one of the few companies in the world that actually have a great canteen.

Unprofessional conduct (bullying etc) within training department for new FSEs. Long term employees who may become untouchable and politically powerful within the organisation.
