At times, it feels like there is a lack of direction and plan. This makes you take a bottoms-up approach when taking important decisions, which should have been taken by senior management.

Nice collegaues and new office. Easy promotion in certain departments.
Cons
Bad Management without any experience. They just save the day and go for their next career step. Nothing planned in any team level for individual growth. Startup environment with uncertain processes.

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at EVBox?
Pros
Overall people are friendly and hard working
Cons
1 - company is not lucrative. Business model is not solid and profitable. Company survives with the money injected by Engie. 2 - company not longer invests in employees. Cut employee benefits. No investment in training and growing employees 3 - many employees leave the company. Sometimes under unclear circumstances 4 - many leaders and managers are inexperienced leading and growing people 5 - top management distant from most employees 6 - sound mission in theory but company do little or nothing to change the world beyond selling charging stations and software
Advice to Management
Build a strong, solid and long term profitable business model. Invest in people. Live up the mission and change the world beyond selling hw and sw.
