What is the salary like at EVBox?

What are other benefits and incentives like at EVBox?

Pros

Very independent internship Freedom to bring in your own ideas Open, friendly atmosphere Interesting industry Feeling of being one company through planning sessions and #GoWild A lot of very talented people with a lot of skills, who are willing to support and teach you Feedback is taken seriously and given honestly Great compensation for an internship, especially with regards to housing in case you have to move to Amsterdam People passionate about electric mobility and sustainability working at EVBox

Cons

Atmosphere in the team is very dependant on the manager Few interactions with other departments Very overworked local teams with little time for questions

Advice to Management

I think the interaction between departments should be higher due to the high interdependency of many goals. I believe that this is already being implemented, but I want to stress it again, especially the connection to local teams should be maintained. Furthermore, I think there should also be some type of quality assurance concerning the management. I myself was very lucky with the marketing team and a very engaged and open manager, however, I have also heard from others in the company and also seen myself that there are a lot of different leader styles in the different departments. This becomes even more important the more the company grows, since a manager can make or break a team.

Great compensation for an internship, especially with regards to housing in case you have to move to Amsterdam
