Pros

- Very nice culture: diversity, support, employee surveys/voice, progression opportunities - I felt taken care of by my line manager, 100% - Opportunities all over the world, and sociable company - Relaxed comfortable environment in the office

Cons

- Unpaid lunch break meant 9 hour shifts, instead of 8 hour shifts provided at other companies - Could have provided standing desks for physical wellbeing. I made this suggestion but never heard any feedback

Advice to Management

Keep listening to employees, how they can work better, what they need - its very very important to keep Customer Service staff happy

Amazing company culture. Really good opportunities for Internal promotion. Fantastic Offices. Really diverse team , no matter what level or position everyone is treated with the same level of respect. Great Annual bonuses.

Lifts to Office in the mornings can be busy. Lunch can become expensive eating from Westfields every day.

Keep working on the branding and marketing campaigns to make sure the company stays above competition.

Pros

Holiday time allowance, EAP service.

Cons

There's an expectation that you'll be happy without a salary review even though your workload and responsibilities increase as the business grows. Any legitimate concerns with being tasked with doing the work for other departments will be dismissed. I was told that the company prioritise the shareholders and I'm just another number in response to this issue. An evident lack of training for CS and other departments which impact on your working day. Be prepared to coach your colleagues on certain things, even if it's not relevant to your role. Bullying is rife in the Gibraltar offices, and HR will do nothing to resolve the matter. Everything boils down to what clique you're in and your job title. Lack of support and understanding in regards to mental health. The company are all about staff using the EAP service, but will not take any accountability for your work related stress.

Advice to Management

Be prepared to suffer the consequences of your abhorrent behaviour if you work in a more regulated country than Gibraltar, or any place that allows Union representation for staff.

Bullying is rife in the Gibraltar offices, and HR will do nothing to resolve the matter.
