Pros

- Very nice culture: diversity, support, employee surveys/voice, progression opportunities - I felt taken care of by my line manager, 100% - Opportunities all over the world, and sociable company - Relaxed comfortable environment in the office

Cons

- Unpaid lunch break meant 9 hour shifts, instead of 8 hour shifts provided at other companies - Could have provided standing desks for physical wellbeing. I made this suggestion but never heard any feedback

Advice to Management

Keep listening to employees, how they can work better, what they need - its very very important to keep Customer Service staff happy

Pros

Amazing colleagues, great develop opportunities including ongoing education (incl. MBA) Lots of benefits including mindfulness app/counselling, free legal help for mortgage, save share, internal progression. Most inclusive and diverse team I have ever worked in.

Cons

Old systems, lack of communication between teams, lack of training of ongoing processes

Advice to Management

More direction and transparency for the people on the ground, more leadership training of promoted Managers, clear USPs for products.
